Communicating a full production to multiple stakeholders, cast and crew can be one of the hardest aspects of video production. There are a couple of paid for systems online like monday(dot)com but they vary rarely tick all the boxes and require a lot of customisation before getting it to a good place. We personally got sick of this so decided to make our own. We call it a PRODUCTION BIBLE. It’s our way of tracking the planning stages, production, and post with dates to work toward so we can all clearly see the deadlines.
